Job Qualifications
Ensuring dishes, pots and pans are clean, dry and put away for further use
Emptying garbage from all of the food preparation areas
May be required to assist the cook in basic vegetable preparation or stirring sauces
The primary responsibility of our Kitchen Porters is to scrub dishes and cookware.
Loading the kitchen’s dishwasher appliance
Stacking and organizing dishes and cookware
Cleaning appliances, such as the oven, the grill and the refrigerator
Mopping, sweeping floors and cleaning bathrooms
When the kitchen is shorthanded, temporarily service as food servers or bus boys
Job Requirements
Must possess a positive attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Always maintains a professional appearance
Willingness to work overtime
Diligence in attendance/punctuality
Compensation
RM1,500.00+
