A classic Korean dish, bibimbap literally means “mixed rice”. The various color toppings which are placed on top or around a serving of hot rice not only provides a healthy variety of nutrients, but are important in signifying positive aspects of a healthy life, too.
It can take many forms, but always starts with hot rice, various fresh and cooked vegetables, marinated meat (most often beef; like what we have in this version) and a sunny side up egg. To top it off, it is served with a dollop of our all binding Signature Bibimbap Sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil, on our signature octagon hotplate.

Kimchi Bokkeumbap (Beef)
Kimchi Bokkeumbap (김치 볶음밥) is a type of Korean fried rice which predominantly uses cooked rice, stir fried with over-ripened kimchi, to give it more texture and flavor.
A variety of meat and/or vegetables are often added; this version has marinated minced beef added to it for a richer flavor, topped off with a sunny side up egg, served on our signature octagon hotplate! The spice and tanginess from the kimchi, plus the sweet and savory goodness of the beef, is a delicious combination that all Koreans can relate to.

Kimchi Bokkeumbap (김치 볶음밥) is a type of Korean fried rice which predominantly uses cooked rice, stir fried with over-ripened kimchi, to give it more texture and flavor.
A variety of meat and/or vegetables are often added; this version is dressed up with an addition of marinated minced chicken added for a fuller, robust meal, topped off with a sunny side up egg, served on our signature Octagon hotplate! Ojingeo Bokkeum
Ojingeo bokkeum (오징어볶음), where bokkeum means stir-fried, and ojingeo is squid. Koreans love squid, and this spicy dish is highly popular at home and in restaurants. For this dish, the squid is cut into bite-sized pieces and stir-fried in our own secret spicy sauce along with some vegetables and various seafoods.
